Anthropophony™ is operated by Level 42 AI, Inc. This page explains what happens to information you give us here. It is written to be read, not to be survived: if something below is unclear, write to info@level42.ai and we will answer in plain language.
This site is a marketing and research-partnership site. It is not a product, it does not connect to any device, and it never receives Vibrome® measurements, biosignature data or anything else about your body. Research data collected under a study or collaboration is governed by that study's own agreement and consent documents, not by this page.
What we collect

That is the whole list. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts, we do not use tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Third parties that see your data
Web3Forms
Both enquiry forms are delivered by Web3Forms, which receives the fields you submit and forwards them to our inbox. Their processing is covered by their own privacy terms.
Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, a browser that blocks third-party requests will stop it; the site remains fully readable in a fallback typeface.
Hosting
The site is served from shared hosting in the United States. The provider processes server logs on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it to a third party only where the law requires it, or where you have asked us to bring someone specific into a conversation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox and CRM for as long as the conversation could plausibly continue, and no longer than 24 months after the last message, unless the exchange turns into a contract or a study — in which case the relevant records are kept for the period required by that agreement and by US tax and corporate law. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider under their standard schedule, typically a few months.
Legal basis
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and on consent where you have given it explicitly. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, so the last one is already answered — and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of them. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR adds the right to restrict processing, to object to it, and to receive your data in a portable form.
To use any of these rights, email info@level42.ai with enough detail for us to find your record. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and only to the extent needed to avoid handing your data to someone else. You can also appoint an authorized agent to make the request for you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions travel encrypted. No system is perfect, so we keep the amount of personal data on this site to the minimum that lets us reply to you — the shortest path to good security is not holding things you do not need.
International transfers
We are a US company and our providers are US-based, so information you send us is processed in the United States. If you write to us from outside the US, you are asking us to reply from here.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects an enquiry already in progress, tell the people involved directly.
